Winter is back…

Zima przyszla, a raczej powraca! No to teraz mam…problem, bo w tygodniu zapowiadaja sie temperatury ponizej 12 stopni Celsjusza, a nawet kurtki nie mam, zeby sie nia przykryc podczas zimnych nocy.

Winter came or rather is back! Behind us is a hot and sunny week, as well as bath in the pool as the bad winds (from the Argentine Pampas of course) brought rain and cold! Winter surprised not only builders, who few days ago resumed digging beside our flat, but also me, as I left all my warm clothes, including a rain jacket, in Cochabamba. Reason: after the trip to the Salar de Uyuni they were dirty and I didn’t want to wash them in Santa Cruz, because surely at 90% of humidity they would newer get dry! Well now I have … a problem, because this week temperatures will fell below 12 degrees Celsius, and I even don’t have a jacket to cover myself with on the cold night.

This kind of weather enjoys only fungus (mould) on the walls, which also begins to prevail on the door, and even our clothes and bags! Today, with sentiment and jealousy I looked at the pictures of friends who enjoy the summer of century in Ireland.

I know, I can’t complain, after all we had hot weather during Bolivian summer months, as well as spring and autumn, but I have to admit that winter in the tropics is far more depressing than in Ireland or Poland. Even the palm trees outside our window look deplorably …

And just yesterday (dzien wczesniej)…
